Dynamic Balance Pilates offers a true form Pilates Method for ensured results. Pilates has attracted a growing popularity in recent times, spurring many health clubs and fitness centres to adopt Pilates-style classes.

The genuine form of Pilates exercise and use of equipment was originally devised by Joseph Pilates and is followed and practiced in our studio. Our instructors are are experts in the specific training required to teach this form, and as such, have gained recognition from the APMA.

Our staff are educated at tertiary level and are required to participate each year in ongoing education programmes. All staff are fully insured and required to hold a Level 2 first Aid certification.
