Melinda and Nicole have a very special interest in guiding you through the changes you will experience in your body in this exciting time. We enjoy working with you from any stage of your pregnancy, and we have been a part of many new mum’s pre, during and post natal journey’s and recoveries.
At Dynamic Balance Pilates we adapt traditional Pilates exercises to create a safe, effective exercise system for you during and after your pregnancy.
PRE NATAL
You will learn how to activate your deep abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. Physiotherapy research has shown that developing these deep “stabilising” muscles can help prevent low back and pelvic pain.
DURING
We teach you many assisting breathing techniques, and visualizations to facilitate an enjoyable birth. We also teach you how to “find” your pelvic floor muscles after you have met your new bundle of joy.
POST NATAL
Every birthing experience differs, and every new mum has a different relationship with their new body. We have had tremendous success helping our new mums regain their former shapes.
MUM’S & BUB’S CLASS
We understand you have time restrictions now you have your new baby, so we make it easy for you with our dedicated mum’s and bub’s classes. |
